Tasks:

Students will create a Movie, Presentation or Slide Show to advertise information about one of our 50 states while developing technology skills & habits of mind that support good character and make us successful in school, the work world, and life.

Students select a state you and/or your partner would like to move to or learn more about.  Your goal  is to research state facts to persuade the class, "Why your state is the most interesting, exciting and/or best state to live in or vacation or go to school."

Next, decide what level of research you and/or your partner can perform in our time frame. Start reading and researching the fun begins.

Review and study project vocabulary and landforms.

Bookmarks and Folders -  Bookmark this project page and three or more resources on state choice from the list below or find your own resources. Gather information, read, research and study  information on the state of your choice.

Cite Resources: Students must document All Resources used please review how to properly cite reference resources and graphic resources used for this project.

Obey and respect copyrights when using Internet resources.  Google images are not free pictures for publishing to the web permission must be granted. Students may email resources for permission. We will be using images that are labeled for free noncommercial reuse.
